One comment in response to a negative review about poor service near closing. The reviewer probably doesn’t work in retail, but I do. Understand that in this profession we’ve chosen, the hours are long and hard, and customers, at times, can be exceedingly difficult, to say the least. When closing time approaches, we’re ready to go home to our families! Business hours are easily accessed; be considerate enough to allow sufficient time to conclude your business well before the time the business closes. Don’t expect world class service when you inconsiderately arrive shortly before a business’ closing time! This should be an obvious point to anyone with any sense at all.”
