Our repairs are done right here in our jewelry studio using state of the art equipment including a laser welding machine, instead of old fashioned soldering. Aquamarine
Aquamarine is March’s birthstone, and is also the accepted gem for the 19th year of marriage. It’s a stunning, vibrant and bright sea blue colored gem that is part of the beryl family, along with emerald. Aquamarine is readily available in larger sizes, making it perfect for dramatic statement pieces.
In ancient times it was said to aid seafarers, making it a great gift for anyone who spends a lot of time on the water, and it’s also a universal symbol of youth, hope and health. Care should be taken to protect aquamarine from scratches and sharp blows, and it’s also recommended to have a good cleaning regularly to maintain its brilliance.

PLACES TO GO : Raleigh St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival
St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Saturday this year, making it the perfect day to head out to the St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival. The parade begins at 10am, and is a long standing tradition in the triangle – this event began in 1983! Immediately following the parade, the festival takes place, with live music, Irish dancing, vendors, kids activities, and of course, food and drinks.

Featuring handcrafted brews and housemade ingredients, Oak and Dagger Public House is considered more than just another brewery. They take the best of traditional taverns and put their own twist on it. While you’re there, try one of their craft beers, like the Coole Beans, a coffee brown ale, or the Sweet & Neat, a whiskey kettle sour. They also have a great Sunday brunch, featuring some of the best French Toast you will ever try and a delicious Low Country Bowl.
