You rushed to my home and cut it safely off. You have fixed my rings, necklaces, earrings and sold me items in past. (Obviously I am rough on my stuff) You appraise jewelry for home insurance purposes and have the BEST customer service!! “THE standard of jewelry retail excellence in the Triangle! I deal with Kim, but any of the staff will gladly serve you well with their expertise. One comment in response to a negative review about poor service near closing. The reviewer probably doesn’t work in retail, but I do. Understand that in this profession we’ve chosen, the hours are long and hard, and customers, at times, can be exceedingly difficult, to say the least. When closing time approaches, we’re ready to go home to our families! Business hours are easily accessed; be considerate enough to allow sufficient time to conclude your business well before the time the business closes. Don’t expect world class service when you inconsiderately arrive shortly before a business’ closing time! This should be an obvious point to anyone with any sense at all.”

“Top Notch Service! Found CMI while searching online for a ‘non-mall’ jewelry store. SO glad I did! Went in to have a ring resized. Was greeted by Keith immediately and served with utmost care and expertise! I will be taking my other jewelry here for service even though it’s covered under the ‘mall store’ warranty. It’s not worth the hassle of poor customer service there. In over 10 years, my experience here was above and beyond any other I’ve had elsewhere; so I will pay them to service my jewelry from now on. Price and selection is superb! They even threw in a complimentary service for my bridal set. My repairs were estimated to take 2-3 days, but they were ready the next day!”
